What does ‘empowering American generals’ mean?

Pentagon claims that they have provided more authorities to their generals in Afghanistan to use in the fight against the Taliban.
Some US resources and media outlets interpret the details of these authorities and state that it is highly effective for the United States to use B52 bomber aircrafts and call to diversify and expand their use.
On the other hand, the puppet Kabul regime that claim to protect the national sovereignty and independence of Afghanistan, expressed their appreciation and support for the decision of Pentagon. As reported by the Defense Ministry, its general staff has considered the wide spread use of B52 bombers as a necessity and estimated that these strikes will play a key role in beating back the Taliban.
But the generals of Pentagon and Kabul regime have repeated the tactics adopted by George Bush 17 years ago where the important weapons and tools he used for that destructive purpose were B25 aircrafts that became the reason of killings of the defenseless Afghans and this oppression and brutality continued for years.
The results were as clear as daylight; the people of Afghanistan stood against American tyranny and supported Mujahedeen in every possible way.
Also with help of Almighty Allah, Mujahedeen made their victory possible over Americans by foiling their tactics of war and retaking authority and power over 80 percent of the Afghan land.
American generals and the puppet rulers in Kabul must be conscious of the fact that the Afghan nation have witnessed the atrocities and terrible strategies planned by the Pentagon and NATO’s most experienced generals including their use of B52 bombers, chemical weapons and drone attacks, therefore you cannot terrify them any further due to their experienced and adaption to every situation.
After 17 years of war, Trump and his insensible generals have impulsively embarked on a mission to terrorize Mujahedeen and the Afghan people with B52 aircrafts which indicates that they have exhausted all their options and are headed towards their downfall…Allah willing.
