Projects worth 9.4 million AFN implementing in Sarpul

SARIPUL, Nov. 08 – According to a statement of the Ministry of Public Works the work of two projects worth 9.4 million Afghanis currently in progress in Sarpul Province.

These projects include the repair and reconstruction of 11.9 kilometers of road related to Kohistanat district. The repair of 6 bridges and the roads on the route of five districts and the repair of a number of bridgesn with a contract worth 74,500,38 Afghanis has been signed with a road construction company and the work is currently underway.

These projects include the preparation of construction materials worth 2 million Afghanis by the Department of Public Works of the said province for the purpose of repairing the damaged parts of the road surface of the Sarpul-Shabarghan highway in Sayad and Suzma districts.

It is worth noting that, after the completion of these projects, the problems of the passengers traveling on these routes will be solved compared to past and people will be able to travel easily.
