Over 30 Arrested Across Multiple Provinces for Various Crimes

As per a statement of the ministry of interior, police has apprehended 32 individuals across nine provinces of the country, in links to crimes such as theft, murder, forgery, moral corruption, and others.

Among the arrested individuals, seven were detained in connection with theft, with one arrest made in Nangarhar, seven in Takhar, and six in Kunduz province, for their involvement in two robbery cases.

Additionally, three individuals were apprehended in Uruzgan on charges of murder. In Samangan and Jawzjan provinces, four people were arrested for engaging in moral corruption, while in Sarpul province, a murderer was taken into custody.

Furthermore, in Herat province, a person was arrested for the illicit sale of 80,000 counterfeit Afghanis.

Notably, in Nangarhar, a significant discovery was made as 10 tons of smuggled wood were seized. Morever, in Kapisa, forces uncovered and confiscated a cache of light and heavy weapons, along with nearly 2,000 rounds of ammunition.
