The Islamic Emirate’s remarkable ability to effectively govern the country and its positive reception among neighboring nations are attracting the attention of impartial observers.

Over the past three years, the Islamic Emirate has demonstrated the multifaceted strength of its administration, garnering widespread recognition.

Recently, Zamir Kabulov, the Russian president’s special representative for Afghanistan affairs, made statements acknowledging the reality of Afghanistan’s governance, highlighting the Central Asian statesmen’s role in resolving the significant challenges left behind by the previous government. Kabulov stated that the Taliban (Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan) holds real power, and Kazakhstan’s recent decision to delist them reflects this recognition. We, too, are taking steps to remove the (Islamic Emirate) from the blacklist, as the United Nations Security Council does not consider them a terrorist group. Importantly, they are the principal force. Like our Central Asian allies, we are committed to Afghanistan’s progress, signifying an acceptance of the truth.

The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, as the legitimate and unified governing authority, has demonstrated its capacity to effectively administer the country in political, economic, and security spheres, both domestically and internationally. It has consistently expressed goodwill towards neighboring countries, Central Asian nations, and the global community, seeking constructive engagement. However, certain hostile nations that faced defeat in Afghanistan are attempting to isolate the country and impede its relations with other nations, disregarding the will of the Afghan people.

In light of this, the Islamic Emirate emphasizes that regional governments should not be influenced by these oppressive nations. Instead, they should establish robust and mutually beneficial relations with Afghanistan based on the aspirations of the Afghan people and the current government. By doing so, this chapter in Afghanistan’s history can contribute to the nation’s welfare and progress.
