Mujahideen seize 4 military units 

BALKH, Sep. 17 – Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate last night seized 3 military posts and 1 base from the enemy who had abandoned them for fear of Mujahideen attacks in Chamtal district of northern Balkh province.
