Fire at Jalalabad Hotel Successfully Extinguished

According to a report of the ministry of interior a gas explosion ignited a fire at the New Brothers Hotel in Jalalabad city’s first security zone.

Nangarhar Province Police Headquarters’ fire management team responded swiftly and extinguished the blaze.  Fortunately, no injuries were reported. However, the fire caused an estimated 1.5 million Afghanis in damages, including a motorcycle. The fire frightening team prevented the loss of goods worth approximately 7 million Afghanis.
