Enemy posts come under attacks; 8 killed, 5 injured

KUNAR, Dec. 16 – Mujahideen fighters Thursday conducted attacks on a number of the enemy posts, sparking off severe fighting in Marwara district of eastern Kunar province.

It is not yet clear if there were any casualties.

According to another report from Kunar province, Mujahideen stormed two of the enemy posts in Ghazi Abad district of this province on Thursday, leaving 3 puppets dead and over 5 injured.

Shortly afterwards, Mujahideen ambushed the vehicle carrying those killed and wounded in the former attack in which a further 5 enemy soldiers suffered casualties.
