Consul General of the IEA Facilitates Release of 23 Afghan Prisoners in Sindh Province

Abdul Jabbar Takhari, Consul General of the Islamic Emirate in Karachi, has announced the successful release of 23 Afghan individuals, including a child, from prisons in the Sindh state.

Mr. Takhari further disclosed that, at present, approximately 40 prisoners of Afghan nationality remain in Sindh prisons. The consulate continues to actively pursue measures to secure their release, demonstrating their unwavering commitment to ensuring the well-being and rights of Afghan citizens.
