Check post overrun as heavy clashes underway in Daikundi

DAIKUNDI, Sep. 02 – A recent report says that amid ongoing ‘Operation Omari’ Mujahideen carried out coordinated attacks on Gizab district administration center and surrounding check posts overnight.
Attacks of heavy and light arms are said to be still ongoing, so far a key enemy military base has been overrun, after inflecting serious causalities on enemy.
According to details currently Mujahideen are heading towards district center.
