HELMAND, Aug. 05 – According to reports 2 ANP bases – Dorahi Base and Kala Base –, 2 check posts and a police station in Dorozi area of Garmsir district were overrun last night as a result of tight besiege and heavy attacks of 3 days. This bring a large area under the control of Mujahideen. During the gunfight an APC, a ranger pickup and sizable amount of heavy and light weapon were confiscated as well as inflecting heavy casualties on enemy however death and injury toll is yet to be determined.
