HELMAND, Aug. 28 – Mujahideen carried out attacks on a hireling military center in Karezono area of Washir district late last night. Details say the center was overrun after heavy gunfight of one hour, killing 9 puppets and forcing the rest to flee whole destroying an APC and a vehicle. 7 PKM machine guns, 2 RPG launchers, 1 sniper machine gun, 1 Dshk, 1 mortar tube, 3 rifles and other equipment was seized by Mujahideen. It is said that 2 Mujahideen were wounded and another one embraced martyrdom during the operation.
