HERAT, June. 16 – Officials say as many as 7 local militiamen have switch side to Mujahideen by repenting their mistakes in the surroundings of Shindand district. They also handed a heavy machine gun with 1000 ammunition, 1 RPG round tube with 9 rounds, 5 rifle, 1 pistol and other war equipment. Separately an Arbaki trooper – Dawod – has been killed after being ambushed by Mujahideen in Chushma Khaki area of Kushka Kuhna district at around 3:00 pm local time today.
