3 killed, 7 hurt as post, base attacked in Bala Baluk

FARAH, Dec. 31 – Mujahideen carried out attacks on a hireling check post and nearby military base overrun in Shewan shops area of Bala Baluk district last midnight, sparking heavy clashes that went for about 2 hours, killing 3 puppets and wounding 7 others as well as damaging the installation severally.
2 Mujahid combatants were wounded while 2 others embraced martyrdom during the operation (May Allah accept them).
