PAKTIA, Dec. 14 – Three policemen were killed and another two were wounded when a landmine blast set off under a vehicle carrying the enemy to a military unit in Patan district of Paktia province early today.
Later in the morning, three policemen were injured with a vehicle destroyed in a Mujahideen attack elsewhere in the said district.
According to a report from neighboring Paktika province, Mujahideen pounded an enemy post with missiles in the provincial capital of Paktia province on Tuesday but it is unclear if anyone was killed or wounded.
