PAKTIKA, Dec. 19 – Security officials in Paktika province have arrested three kidnapers in the Orgun district of the province. The kidnapers had abducted a child from Kabul three months ago and demanded ransom money from the family in return. The child has been rescued and case of the perpetrators have been forwarded to judiciary.
