The leadership of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, Amir-ul-Momineen, Sheikh-ul-Hadith Hibatullah Akhundzada, ordered the destruction of the seized drugs and the tools and equipment used in them based on the order no 509 dated 16/08/1444 AH.
The order states that the sellers and producers of alcohol and other alcoholic beverages, alcohol, powder, cocaine, glass and other drugs should be punished and the said goods and the tools and equipment used in their production should be destroyed.
According to this order, the joint committee of the Ministry of Interior, the Ministry of Public Health and the General Directorate of Intelligence have been entrusted with the task of burning the said items in public in the presence of the relevant court.
