KANDHAR, Aug. 07 – At around 3:00 pm local time today another enemy ranger pickup was destroyed by an IED attack in Madrasah area, leaving all gunmen killed or hurt inside. It is worth mentioning that as many as 5 APCs and 2 rangers of an enemy reinforcement convoy has been destroyed and heavy casualties caused since Saturday afternoon in the said area. The enemy convoy is forced to retreat back towards Boldak district handing a few reinforcement tolls to hireling troops.
