Works of Emirate Square Completes in Lashkar Gah

HELMAND, Apr. 03 – The construction works of the new square named Emirat in Lashkargah have been completed.

This square, which is the central point of the master plan of Lashkargah and is located on a three-way road, was started under the direction of the previous mayor of Lashkargah, Alhaj Ahmad Saeed Ansari, and has been completed within six months with cost of 100000 AFN.

According to the information of Lashkargah Municipality, during the last one year, they have built modern squares with new designs in different central points of the city and installed good quality lights, which gave the city a special light and beauty.

It is worth mentioning that at the moment, the Lashkar Gah Municipality is in the process of constructing a gymnasium and a new building near Sarafano Market in Lashkar Gah, which is almost complete.
