Wheat, rice sprinkled in a bit to help birds survive freezing winter

KABUL, Jan. 13 -As winter bites, wildlife across the country is feeling the brunt of plummeting temperatures. however there are some things people can do to help the wild creatures trying to survive on grounds.

The officials of Baghlan have sprinkled wheat and rice for the birds in Khaja Alwan Desert, Cheshma Sher Shamraq and different areas of the city, said Zabaihullah Mujahid, the spokesman of the IEA on twitter.

It is worth mentioning that officials across the country are helping birds to survive cold winter by sprinkling food on free spaces.
