Weapons smuggling thwarted at Torkham

The vigilant staff at the Torkham customs facility intercepted and apprehended an assortment of military equipment concealed within a commercial shipment that smugglers were attempting to bring into the nation discreetly. Among the confiscated items were one CZ rifle, seven rifles, three additional rifles, two more rifles, 99 rounds of M16 ammunition, and two binoculars.

Subsequently, the confiscated military equipment and the individuals involved in the smuggling attempt have been transferred to the appropriate authorities for further legal actions.
