A clean water network has been established in the Panjwai district of Kandahar province and handed over to the local beneficiaries.

Authorities from the Kandahar Economic Department have announced the completion and activation of a water distribution system in the Salkzo village of Panjwai district, Kandahar province, at a cost of 5.2 million Afghanis.

This network, funded by an international organization, now provides clean water to 240 families in the village.

During the project’s execution, officials note that 15 individuals from the region were employed, contributing to local employment opportunities.
