    HELMAND, May. 29 – According to reports enemy troops of ANA, ANP and Arbakis have fled and abandoned Washir district administration center, police headquarter and all other installation following long siege of Mujahideen afternoon hours yesterday, confiscating a sizable amount of war spoils.
