     KABUL, Apr. 8 – The process of the appointment of Wakil Guzar (community leader) of the county # 4 was held in the presence of the board of the directors in Kabul city. Mohammad Idris Choob Shikan was elected as a Wakil guzar (neighborhood elder) by receiving 446 votes from the local people.
