HERAT, Mar. 19 – A hireling vehicle belonging to ALP troops came under a tactical motorbike bomb blast in Khwaja Nooh area of Shindand district at noon hours today, leaving 2 puppets killed on the spot and 4 others wounded. Later on, Arbakis left 2 civilians wounded as revenge of the first incident.
