PARWAN,June 18 – Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate seized control of Namak Ab valley in Shinwari district of northern Parwan province.

At least 10 Arbakis were killed and many more were wounded in the resulting firefight.

With the takeover of the area, 40 enemy personnel headed by  Abdul Ghafar, a commander surrendered themselves to Mujahideen.

They handed over to Mujahideen various kinds of light and heavy weapons containing 1 DhSK,a heavy antiaircraft machine gun, 4 PK heavy machine gun, 1 RPG rocket, 22 Kalashnikov machine guns, 1 radio, 2 motorbikes, 2 vehicles and a large amount of ammunition.
