In recurrent violation of the Doha agreement, American forces have again been carrying out bombardments on non-combat zones in Arghandab and Arghistan districts fo Kandahar province since yesterday.

From yesterday till morning hours today, American aircrafts have carried out 14 airstrikes in Sadozo village of Arghistan district and in Hotak and Tabeen Pul areas of Arghandab district from which 12 people have been martyred and 3 others wounded.

These crimes took place as no military activity or fighting was being conducted in the aforementioned areas.

In a separate case, American trained contractors under the name ‘Zarbati’ have been carrying out attacks and raids on civilians, forcing their way into homes and perpetrating crimes in Khost and adjacent province under the instructions of American commanders.

The Doha agreement prohibits American occupying forces and contractors associated with them from carrying out airstrikes or to raid and torment civilians in non-combat zones except in the immediate vicinity of fighting.

The Islamic Emirate condemns the continuing violations and the bombings and raids against civilians in the strongest terms possible, and again reiterates to the American side that such violations and crimes have the potential of provoking a Mujahideen response against American forces in which case all responsibility of consequences shall fall on American shoulders.
