Turkmenistan’s Deputy of the Council of Ministers and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Rashid Miridaf, welcomed Mr. Haji Fazl Mohammad Saber as the charge d’affaires of the Afghan embassy on Friday, said Abdul Qahar Balkhi the spokseman of the foreign ministry.

 

During the ceremony, Honorable Rashid Mardaf remarked: Turkmenistan and Afghanistan have ambitious projects in the pipeline; hence, enhancing the diplomatic ties is an essential stride.

 

The Foreign Minister of Turkmenistan expressed optimism that through collaborative diplomatic endeavors between the two nations, the practical implementation of significant projects such as the TAPI Pipeline, TAP Electricity, and the Iron Railway linking Turgundi-Herat can commence expeditiously.
