Turkey Firmly Stands with Afghans: Turkish Ambassador

JAWZJAN, Oct. 20 –  Qari Mohammad Ismail Rasakh governor of Jawzjan met Cihad Erginay the Turkish Ambassador to Kabul and his accompanying delegation who is on a visit to the province in his office today.

The Turkish ambassador visited Jawzjan province to oversee distribution of humanitarian aid and launching development projects.

The Turkish ambassador while stressing on importance of education assured that Turkey is interested in supporting Afghanistan in this sector, adding that Turkey always stand firm with Afghans and will remain side by side in this difficult time.

He said that war is not the solution, the parties should share their demands through dialogue.

Meanwhile, governor Rasakh, stressed on the further development of relations between the two countries and appretiated Turkey for its support to the people of Afghanistan in terms of humanitarian aid, implementation of infrastructure projects, education and scholarships.

According to the governor of Jawzjan, the health and education sector needs serious attention more than any other time, and Islamic countries should cooperate in these sectors.

The deputy governor of Jawzjan asked Turkey to play its role in preconization of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan.
