Trio of kidnappers apprehended In Parwan

The security forces of the Parwan police headquarters captured three individuals involved in multiple instances of abducting and assaulting fellow citizens abroad. These perpetrators demanded significant sums of money from the victims’ families in return for their release. Notably, the group recently extorted $30,000 from a financially struggling family in exchange for freeing their son.
