FARAH, Feb. 07 – According to reports, at around 6:20 am early this morning a notorious governor of Khaki Safed district – Haji Abdul Khaliq – has been killed amid a tactical attack of Mujahideen in front of his compound in Char Bagh area of Farah city. The said governor has been on the post for the last six years and was very infamous for his atrocities against innocent civilians. He was performing his duties in an imaginary district administration center in provincial capital of Farah after the said district was completely overrun by Mujahideen.
