    KANDAHAR, July. 08 – Shawalikot district administration center that was used as main base for operation has been destroyed completly by a powerful mine blast this morning. Inetial information sugest that the said district police cheif and one of his close relatives are among 20 others killed and wounded with several vehicle and equipment destroyed.
