The Islamic Emirate expresses its profound sorrow on this tragic event, asks Allah (SwT) to forgive the victims and bestow them Jannah (paradise), and implores Allah (SwT) to grant the afflicted with a blessed return.

The Islamic Emirate directs the Department of Financial Affairs to urgently send five million cash assistance from the treasury to the area, and it similarly instructs local Mujahideen to use all tools at their disposal to help and rescue the flood victims and not obstruct anyone from sending aid to the area.

Moreover, we also urge humanitarian organizations, aid groups and the general public to send emergency aid to the area as quickly as possible and to assist the victims to the best of their abilities.
