The Commission for Control and Regulation of NGOs and Companies of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan is the sole agency in the country that grants permission, regulates and oversees the operations of foreign and domestic NGOs and companies as needed.
This commissions grants permission for public welfare activities under the name of aid and reconstruction that are in the interest of Islam and our homeland and prohibits activities that are dangerous for our religion and homeland and detrimental to the ongoing Jihadi process.
In order that welfare and humanitarian organizations that truly sympathize with our country are not harmed by the inappropriate activities of malicious NGOs and companies, the Commission for Control and Regulation of NGOs and Companies notifies all foreign and domestic NGOs and companies through this statement to register themselves with the aforementioned commission so that this commission does not face problems in removing hurdles obstructing operations by NGOs and companies and to easily learn about their programs, objectives and activities.
