Alhaj Mawlawi Habibullah Agha, the Acting Minister of Education of Afghanistan, illuminated the educational situation in Afghanistan during his statement at the Second Global Conference of Education Ministers held in Kazan, Russia. He shared statistics on schools, teachers, and students with the attendees.

In his speech, he called for international assistance and cooperation in building school facilities, printing textbooks, and paying teachers’ salaries.

He also expressed gratitude to the organizers of the conference.

It is worth noting that the meeting, chaired by the Minister of Education of Russia, began with a message from Vladimir Putin, the President of Russia.

Subsequently, the Deputy Prime Minister and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation also delivered speeches online.

Following that, the Education Ministers of the participating countries spoke according to the set agenda, each providing detailed discussions on the state of education in their respective countries.
