Smuggling of precious stones, mobile phones prevented at Torkham

KABUL, Aug. 23 – The officials of Torkham Customs discovered and prevented the smuggling of 1.8 kg emerald stone in a cargo, which was being smuggled to Pakistan. Meanwhile, the customs officials have also discovered and seized dozens of expensive mobile phones, which were imported into the country without duty.
