Significant haul of weapons and military gear seized in Kapisa

In a recent anti-terrorism police operation led by the Kapisa Police Headquarters, a significant haul of weapons and military gear have been confiscated, says ministry of interior.

The seized items included 76 Kalashnikovs, 33 pistols, 5 heavy weapons, and 18 anti-personnel mines. Additionally, over 8,000 various types of ammunition were uncovered by the police across the province’s central areas and districts.

As a result of these operations, 30 individuals have been apprehended in connection to these illicit arms and materials.
