LAGHMAN, Feb. 2 8 – Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate ambushed the enemy military convoy in Alishang district of eastern Laghman province early Tuesday, sparking off a fierce fighting in which a number of the enemy military personnel suffered casualties, while a tank was shot with rocket fires and destroyed.
Also Tuesday, a U.S tank was destroyed in a landmine blast in Qarghayi district of the province, leaving all those aboard it dead and wounded.
On Wednesday, a military officer was killed in a targeted attack in Alishang district of Laghman province.
Later in the morning, Mujahideen attacked a post of the local militias in Mehtarlam city, the capital of Laghman province, killing 3 Arbakis.
On Tuesday evening, a puppet was injured when Mujahdieen attacked base in Alishang district of the province.
