As per the ruling of the Special Emirate Court, the Special Court for state Land Usurpation Cases has resolved the dispute over 556 jeribs of land situated in Qarabal village of Paghman district, named Saradar Mohammad Dawood Khan Town. The Land Grabbing Prevention and Restitution Commission .has consolidated and entrusted the entire land to state land.

The Land Grabbing Prevention Commission thoroughly examined the area and referred the matter to a special court for a Shari’a and legal verdict. After careful scrutiny of documents and evidence, the court affirmed the town as part of the state land.

During the trial, it was revealed that the land in question was steep and hilly, and the plaintiff failed to provide legitimate ownership documents, as some of the presented documents were found to be forged.

On the contrary, authentic documents, property records, and land liquidation documents indicated that the land belonged to the state. Consequently, the land was rightfully handed over to the Land Grabbing Prevention Commission.

Preventing the usurpation of land and restoring unlawfully seized land are fundamental objectives of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan. The commission is actively engaged in reclaiming the usurped state, public, and endowment lands from illegitimate claimants and influential individuals. This process is swiftly progressing across all provinces of Afghanistan. The Land Grabbing Prevention Commission operates with specialized courts in four zones of the country and a technical team in each province to identify and consolidate usurped land, working diligently towards achieving these objectives.
