    BADAKHSHAN, Dec. 4 – Zalmai, a robber who would loot and extort money from the passengers at gunpoint on a highway in the provincial capital of Badakhshan province was arrested by Mujahideen and his case was handed over to the Sharia court of the Islamic Emirate.

    The mugger used to be facilitated and supported by a regional Arbaki commander.
