Reports of Mujahideen casualties, enemy advancements in Faryab are baseless

FARYAB, Jan. 07 – Officials of the stooge regime of Kabul claimed yesterday that they have martyred about 125 Mujahideen including deputy governor – Mula Abdul Samad – amid there so called ‘Shaheen’ operation in Chilgazy and Almar districts of Faryab province. They also claimed existence of foreigners in Mujahideen ranks.
We reject enemy claims in the strongest terms. Hireling troops arrived at some areas of Chilgazy and Almar districts 3 weeks ago but were forced to flee after sustaining serious casualties.
Deputy Governor of Islamic Emirate for the province – Mula Abdul Salam Akhund – is alive and there is not a single foreigner in the ranks of Emirate in the country.
Enemy always publishes such reports when they do not fail to achieve any advancement in the battlefield.
Conversely, enemy has continued its atrocities against civilians by demolishing hundreds of civilian compounds on Badghis-Ghormach highway and have forced villagers into homelessness when weather in the country has turned very cold.
In enemy operation only 3 Mujahideen have embraced martyrdom and 2 others sustained injuries.
