Remarks by spokesman of Islamic Emirate concerning desecration of Mujahideen bodies by Kabul troops

In the continuing cycle of crimes by the Kabul administration forces, the bodies of a few martyrs of the Islamic Emirate were treated barbarically in Arghandab district of Zabul province and their body parts hacked off with axes in a sadistic manner.

The Islamic Emirate strongly condemns these heinous actions and considers it an example of inhumane brutality of forces trained by the invaders.

The bodies of our martyrs have been desecrated by the cowardly enemy on many occasions during the past nineteen years with some dragged behind armored vehicles, set on fire and other such criminal behavior.

The Islamic Emirate calls on international humanitarian organizations, right groups and the United Nations to break their silence about such crimes by the Kabul administration forces, to condemn this action, facilitate in handing severe punishment to the perpetrators and take all necessary steps needed to prevent recurrence of such horrific incidents.
