The refurbishment and reconstruction of a single-pillar concrete bridge in the Shinkai district of Zabul province have been successfully finished at a cost of 41 million Afghanis.

In the Shinkai district of Zabul Province, the restoration and rebuilding of concrete bridge on the Qalat-Shinkai road have been completed and inaugurated today in the presence of several local officials.

This 56.15-meter-long bridge underwent repairs and renovations last year following the directive of esteemed Amir-ul-Momineen, (May Allah protect him). The project was finalized during this time and is now operational.

This particular bridge, linking the districts of Zabul province (Shamulzay, Atghar, and Shinkai) to the Qalat center, had been damaged by recent floods, leading to challenges for the residents of these areas. With the reconstruction, easier access to the Qalat center will now be facilitated.
