As a result of recent floods, a 17-meter long retaining wall on the main road connecting Kabul and Jalalabad was destroyed. The Department of Public Works in Laghman Province has promptly mobilized its machinery and personnel to address the situation. The construction work on the retaining wall is progressing rapidly, with approximately 85 percent of the project already completed by the dedicated personnel.
