The report has once again tried to conceal the daily crimes committed by the American forces and Kabul administration troops, intelligence, police and militiamen against civilians by understating civilian casualties caused by them and instead attributing 39% civilian casualties to the Mujahideen of Islamic Emirate.

We reject the figures published by UNAMA. The Islamic Emirate employs a special commission for the prevention of civilian casualties which has managed to bring down civilian casualties in Jihadi ranks to near zero.

The UNAMA report has attributed some incidents to the Mujahedeen of Islamic Emirate which have either been caused by old landmines or due to personal feuds.

If any person in the ranks of the Islamic Emirate, Allah forbid, does become a cause for civilian casualties then they will face serious action from the Commission for the Prevention of Civilian Casualties and the perpetrators will be presented to the courts.

Our fellow countrymen are aware that most civilian casualties are caused in the blind bombardments, artillery attacks on villages and hamlets and night raids on homes by the opposition which have only vaguely been touched upon in the UNAMA report.
