LAGHMAN, Mar. 22 – The Qamar Foundation donated 16 items of food and non-food items to 50 needy and destitute families in Laghman province, according to Mohammad Almas Momand, the foundation’s aid officer, who gave each family the aid wirth of 13000 AFN. According to him, the donations included flour, oil, rice, beans, sugar, Malay soap, powdered soap, ketchup, dates, peas, tea, salt, macaroni, fish and other items.
