    BAGHLAN, Feb. 9 – Later today Raees Alam Jan, a lawyer and member of the provincial council was killed and with two his guards and another two wounded in a roadside bomb blast targeting the vehicle carrying them in Pol-e-Khomri district of northern Baghlan province.
