ARCS President inaugurates ceremony of representatives in Kandahar

KANDAHAR, May. 28 – Mr. Mawalvi Mati-Ul-Haq Khalis, General President of ARCS has held inauguration ceremony of ARCS representatives in the society, in Kandahar province.

During gathering, Mr. Khalis stated that whatever ARCS has in its hand, is for the the public, he added that whenever we receive assistance, instead of taking it to warehouses, distribute it directly to the poverty-stricken people, but due to the lack of assistance, we are unable to help all the vulnerable people.

Likewise, Mr Khalis told that we were worried that how we could reach the real vulnerable people, who live in remote regions faraway from our reach to help them, therefore we have initiated the inauguration program of ARCS representatives in the society.

Mr. Khalis added that after the inauguration of ARCS representatives, they are responsible to point out the real vulnerable people and introduced them to ARCS.

Mr. Khalis said that helping the vulnerable people is our duty.

He called on the participants to support us to help the vulnerable people.

Moreover, he said, “In order to facilitate the people of the southern provinces & instead of going to Kabul, we have initiated the pilot phase of children suffering from cardiovascular septal defect in Kandahar, that the people of Helmand, Zabul and Uruzgan provinces will also bring their children here instead of going to Kabul, where they will be treated free of cost by ARCS.

At the end, on behalf of the participants, 2 representatives of ARCS, Mawlavi Fakhar Uddin Nomani & Mufti Amir Hamza expressed full assurance to the top management of ARCS that they are ready to serve the suffered Afghan nation &carry out the assigned duty with full impartiality.
