Post comes under attack; 9 killed in country’s east

NANGARHAR, Mar. 5 – Mujahideen fighters targeted a post belonging to the local militia in Khogyani district of eastern Nangarhar province on Tuesday night, causing the enemy heavy losses.

On Wednesday, 2 puppets were killed and 2 more were wounded in Mujahideen attacks in Shirzad district of the province.

Also on Wednesday, Mujahideen fought the local in Sorkh Rowd district of the province, causing the enemy heavy losses.

In the province’s Mohamand Darah district, 4 puppets were killed following an ambush on the enemy military convoy on Tuesday night.

In a report from neighboring Laghman province, two Arbakis were killed and 1 got hurt following Mujahideen attack on a post in Alishang district of Laghman province on Tuesday night.

In another report from Laghman province, 3 Arbakis were killed and 2 more were wounded when Mujahideen took over a post of the local militia in the Alishang district of the province on Tuesday night.
