HELMAND, Dec. 30 – Mujahideen attacked an enemy check post in Shamalan Ghondi area of Garamsir district and ambushed enemy reinforcement in the area, leaving all gunmen killed or hurt inside. Separately, a police trooper was shot and killed by a sniper fire in Takhta Pul area of the said district overnight.
