KANDAHAR, Dec. 24 – hireling police came under a Mujahideen ambush in Dasht area of Shawalikot district overnight, resulting in a police was killed on the spot with another one seriously wounded as well as forcing the rest forced to flee while leaving a ranger pickup behind. Mujahideen suffered no casualties in the operation.
